Refund Policy

At Q.U.T.E., each product is created with care and intention. Because many of our items are printed or fulfilled through third-party print providers, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

 

If your order was printed or shipped through a partnered printer (e.g., Printify, local printer, etc.), please contact them directly for resolution.

If your order was fulfilled directly through Q.U.T.E., contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

 

Refunds or replacements will be issued for items that arrive defective or incorrect.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind or delays outside our control.
