3. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders fulfilled by third-party printers are subject to their production timelines and shipping policies. Q.U.T.E. is not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, or errors resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
For local fulfillment, customers may contact us directly to arrange pickup or delivery within the Southern Alberta area.
4. Returns and Exchanges
All Q.U.T.E. products are made to order. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless an item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item was printed or shipped by a third-party partner, please contact them directly to resolve the issue.
For locally fulfilled items, please contact Q.U.T.E. within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the defect.
